PSYCHOLOGIST

The art of understanding the human being

Our life is a constant alignment of a person with themselves and with others. On a micro level, this involves numerous continuous attempts to organize one's life without discomfort. Today's civilizational development in technological, social, ethical, and spiritual terms creates an environment that strongly affects a person's inner world. The web of all external and internal impulses shapes our state. It is entirely normal for a person in such an environment to feel unfulfilled, caused by the inability to align with both the surroundings and oneself. This gives rise to various anxieties, followed by mentally and physiologically burdensome conditions. Imagine talking to a person who not only feels what troubles you but also knows the cause and the way to overcome it, how to more easily cope with what everyday life throws at us. This is where the importance of a psychologist lies: to take you by the hand like a true friend and together navigate through the labyrinth of your life.

About

Understanding a person's inner world, recognizing its condition, and finding a path toward change requires knowledge, experience, and a sensitivity to what lies beneath the surface. Through my education at Lewis & Clark College in the United States, supported by the Shelby Davis Foundation, and years of studying psychology, the body, and spirituality, I have developed an approach that views the human being as a whole — on the mental, physical, and spiritual levels.

Methods

Classical Psychology

Classical psychology helps us understand our thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behavior, as well as the ways they shape our everyday lives. Through conversation and the shared exploration of our inner world, we create space for deeper self-understanding and the discovery of new paths toward change, growth, and psychological well-being.

Somatic Psychology

Somatic psychology is based on the understanding that life experiences are stored not only in the mind but also in the body. By developing body awareness and working with physiological responses, we create space for accumulated stress, tension, and survival patterns to gradually release, allowing the organism to return to its natural sense of balance, vitality, and safety.

Spirituality and Philosophy

Understanding the essence of human existence and directing oneself toward the ease of living in this world.
